Has anyone been able to get in contact with ANYONE at AA.. I've called (phone goes to VM) emailed everyday for the past 4 days, been emailing for over 2 weeks.. and have gotten no luck in contacting AA.. I ordered recones for a customer and paid over 3 weeks ago also a sub I received with a damaged basket that rendered the sub unplayable un-mountable unusable, I opted for them to send a basket and recone over 3 weeks ago and haven't heard from them since sept 17th 2012 where i was told it was going out the next day, I know it doesn't take 3 weeks to get here.... Hey guys, i drive a 2004 saturn ion, and first of all. Not using the trunk. Puting bucket seats down and putting the box on that and building my amp space in trunk by battery. Wondering some good specs for box you can reply to i can start building . I also want it double baffled and double baffled faceplace. Powering the beast with kicker kit 09PKD1, and AQ2200D.

Hiiii, im building a sub box for a ascendant mayhem, but RE calc is wayyy off.. So I was wondering if i could get some help with someone so i can get the understanding of doing this so i dont have to have help again. PLEASE. The Mayhem is single 12", and in ported can only be in 1.75cf - 3cf. And sub displacement i know nothing of which i do and this is confusing i have 2 sheets of plywood ready to be drawn on, all going to be 1.5" thick unless you think otherwise? Was thinking around 25-35 wide, 15-17" high, 18" deep but the hertz from torres, 12 volt, and RE are all different and confuse me! Could someone make up a thing for me that would work prime around 2-3 cubic ft …

alright i bought 4 assassins from a friend well old friend now lol. only got 3 of em and the run around when i tried gettin the last one. the box i had is falling apart to say the least and its time for a new one. was gonna get one from a shop and waited a month to find out if i have them make me one they want 190 bux. screw that the box was only gonna b like 2.4 cubes. ive tried a few of the box calculators and not having the best results and vents under 3 inches seems too small but ascendant doesnt give any rec on port area so i was hoping somebody could give me a hand. id like to slap it together today or tomorrow. its gonna house 3 of em on the front with the vent on …

Man I love Mayhem subs. This one is going in 2.8 cuft tuned to 32 with 50 sqin of port. Massive Nano N4 (2000 RMS) for power.

Something seems slightly wrong on the AA website regarding the dual 2 ohm AA Chaos 10 inch. Using the T&S figures given on site the box size for a sealed enclosure seems wrong, when I calculated it out if the box is 0.6 cu ft (min. size) the system QTC is 0.55 which is of course very low and for 1.0 cu ft (max. size) the QTC is 0.49. So what is wrong the T&S figures or min and max box sizes.

I have a high quality 2 channel stereo system at home and use a subwoofer to give the bottom end a boost. My sub is fitted with an RE Audio SR10 drive unit and powered with a 500 watt amplifier. Do you think a 10 inch AA Chaos would give an improvement to the sound quality, the enclosure is sealed by the way.

Hey, guys. I'm getting a 15 avalanche d2 to buy. I know they're legends but i was wondering how do they compare to havocs?. I have a 12 havoc already and its excellent. I'm wondering if its an upgrade or what. This for musical/ht use in house.

I am only 16 but i am getting my car soon and i want to have some good subs in it... And ive always wanted AA's but i want to know if they are really worth the price because ill be paying alot to get them shipped to Canada... So if someone could help me , maybe explain if they are worth it and if not just briefly explain why not and give me another option to go for, That would be simple amazing, im kinda new to the whole world of car audio so i dont know really know how to tell a good sub to a shit sub... and if watts is really all you look for and all that crap... so yah im kinda a - thanks dothecoolwip

Ive seen a few people recommend 1.5-2cu for a sealed Havoc 12. The recommended on the AA site says .6-1.2, and to get QTC of 7 would be .45. Why are larger sizes recomended? I have a .75cu box that Ive been using with an RE SR already, and wondering if I should use it, or get a different one. After displacement that would be under .6, less then AA recomended. Or do they recomend the size factoring in displacement already? When figuring QTC and F3, do you factor in sub displacement first? Not going to have much power, 400-600w at most.

Whats up everyone. Just purchased a 12" AA Mayhem from a buddy and im really needing a box for it now. Iv got a daul .7ohm sub with a US Amps md2d wired to 1.4ohms. I received mine in the mail today and started to take pictures and measure right away. If you want to know anything else that I don't state about them, let me know and I will do my best to answer them. 1.) What size are they? The outer diameter of the whole driver is JUST under 7", but that may be my tape measure. The mounting ring is 1/2" wide, which leaves 6" for cone+surround. Surround is another ~1/2" so the cone is ~5" from the inside of the surround to the other side. 2.) What's the mounting depth? …

Are there any specs floating around anywhere I tried looking,but no luck. I didn't even know there were older Havoc's,i know they are rated 1500 rms,but i need some info to build a box and what would work if i needed to recone them in the future,i have owned a newer Havoc and i have to say it's hands down my favorite sub and i have owned or heard alot of different ones. Ok guys I just had to see what the subs sounded like in the box until the plexiglas with the AA logo inlay comes in from toolmaker and the LED's to arrive. They are in a 2009 Ford Escape an you can see from the picks the system consists of 2-15" D2 Ascendant Audio Mayhem's a Sundown Audio 3500d Running @.5ohm with a set of toolmaker dual inputs , 2 Kinetik HC2400's a optima redtop battery up front,had a second one but it died on me. The deck is a Alpine IVA-W205 and a Aura 4200 amp running 2 sets of 5.25" Kenwood components. I have a 270 amp Mechman alternator that I have to put back in but for now the stereo is running off of the factory 150 amp alt and all 1/0 knukonce…
