Where can I find an accurate list of Fi or AA dealers ? I found a dealer on ebay, just in my island ! IT seems too good to be true, but did not find no prices. Btw, I live in Martinique (FWI) Can this dealer be legit ? Some people are interested in the BTL here, and I would not like them to have any problem.

Hey Shawn or Nick, I've been trying to reach you guys for a while now it seems and have had no response. I sent my subwoofer in a while ago (more than a month ago) and I've sent out numerous emails and pm's to you guys about when and even if I'm getting my sub back and still no response. Shawn I talked to you a few weeks ago and you said you would check into it for me that same day and never got any news back. I thought this might be a better place to get your attention. I have a few questions about the Fi X series subs... I am going to buy 2 of the 12" and would like to know a few things before I purchase... The number one thing is... How much power is too much? I know Scott said not to expect super power handling but I mean is 400 RMS fine? How about 500 RMS? I know with most subs 200 rms over is no problem but that is 2/3 again the RMS rating on these so I was just wondering... Also, would you classify these as more spl or sq? I know it is probably not extremely high spl or sq but for the price you cant beat it... Im gonna be putting these in a 1cf per sub box with polyfil in it and pushed by either 300 or 400 RMS a piece... What kind …

Will be going into a 03 Civic sedan, and powered by a Ultimate T3-1000D (around 2000W RMS). 15" BL would have cooling, flatwind, and enclosure would be the following: 3.1 ft^3, 33hz, 43.5 in^2 of port 12" BTL would have cooling, HiXmCoil, and enclosure would be the following: 2.5 ft^3, 33hz, 37 in^2 of port I am wondering if the HiXmCoil would make up for the loss of surface area going from a 15 to a 12? Should I squeeze the 15 into a smaller box or give the 12 lots of room to breathe? I want to move as much air as possible but in a daily driver situation. Anybody have any sealed number for a Q? Preferably a 15. FI's site says that the Q is made for good SQ and output in a sealed box; but everyone I see puts it in a ported box and gives numbers that way. Even The Great 12" Challenge by on ROE only tested the Q in a ported box. I don't get it. -C

Hey I was looking for some subs that wang, and I came across FI Audio. The SSD seems to suit my needs, but I haven't seen a price. What would 2 of these subs run me about?

are they specific break-in instruction for the SSD? What is the procedure. Will they come with the woofer ? In the reviews i noticed they sound better over time. Is this typical as things start to loosen up and get moving?

Here is my video of Bass Boom Bottom by power supply. My 15" Fi BL is powered by an American Bass VFL 150.1 at 1 ohms...Just recently installed the Epic 160..Last night actually..Not finished installing, still need to fill in the gaps around it with some vinyl pieces...Anyway..Here is a quick video of it..On the Epic I am getting 142 db's with the back seats up..I do have blow through in my rear deck..But the seat is still Up..

Well it's time for a recone, beat the hell outta of my 15 d2 BL. Tensil leads snapped and burned up, oh well time to fix it lesson learned... I need some info on everything I need to order from Fi to get this done.. Like I said its a dual 2 ohm fully loaded..... I got mine back in February is mine a 2009 series? Can I recone it to a dual 1. Been Running a crenshendo 2250 @ 1 ohm...would I be better off going .5 if I can recone to dual 1?.. Thanks for all in put... I recently purchased a re cone kit and a CA glue kit. I am wondering if this shipped by default or do you expect me to ship the sub in? I verified the money was transferred from paypal, but I never recieved any type of confirmation for my order besides the default email. Has this shipped? Is there any way for the customer to check on the process and see the status of order? The order total was 136.20, and I have the paypal transaction ID if needed. I do not see a order number on the comfirmation email. It was purchased March 17th. RE SE recone was the order (15"). I have not recieved a UPS tracking number or any other email since the initial purchase. Thanks for any help …

First i'm from over at ca.com and do amp repairs over there.Everyone over there is great and added to come over to fi and talk to scott about picking up 3 drop in recones for re's sx 15's.So my ques. is can i have 3 re sx 15's drop in recones for them and the price plus shipping.Really i just want them as close as everything from the org. as possible with 3 layer spider,dvc 2 ohms with the fi soft parts and tensel about the same.I have a btl 15 that i reconed and before i did the install i put it in the re sx and fit perfect.Please let me know,thanks.

I would like to get this sub reconed to 10" for SPL only. It is rated at 600 watts rms but I have burped it at over 5k no issues. Dual 2 woofer. What kinda options do I have as far as recone goes? Got some pics here:

I've been considering buying a Fi sub(s) for my '02 Ford Explorer, but I can't decide whether or not I should get a single Q12, Q15, BL12, BL15, or a pair of SSD12s. I like listening to artists such as Lil Wayne, Kanye West, Armin van Buuren, and some rock. I'm leaning towards a more SQ system that can get LOUD! Which Fi would you recommend me getting and what type of enclosure will sound best in my Expo?

I know you guys do not check the forums very often, but I've sent a few emails and I know that you guys are super busy, so I just wanted to ask here of the off chance on of you checks it. I sent in my AA Havoc 15 to get repaired and got it back good as new (excellent service btw). But I was wondering if you could tell me exactly what went wrong with it, as we were never able to figure it out. Not just "mech issue" or "thermal issue," I am wondering what actually went wrong so I can make sure it doesn't happen again. Thanks for the great service and sub guys! My brother and I are working on and IB setup for his car. He really wants to use an older pair of rockford 15's, I'm guessing they are from the early to mid 90's. The surround on both of them is going bad and I am hoping that FI can give these subs new life!! I will try and get pictures of the sub, but am afraid that won't help you out much. So, I'm wondering if I should send the subs in or what, thanks for any help and if you could even come up with a price for a recone, that'd be great too. If you can't do much cuz i've given you almost zero useful information, let me know and I'll try and dig up more about the sub. thanks

well ive asked this question before but it was with the kicker zx1000.1 that i already have. and now im gettin some money so i can mabe get the kicker zx1500.1 for the BL. i dont know wat size i want to get, but it will be either the 15" or the 18". the options i would get for the sub are the cooling, flatwind coil, p chamfer, and the daily option my real question is, can the BL handle 1500-1700 watts daily with those options?? im think it might be a bit 2 much for it. if theres any other amp that anyone recomeends thats around 1300-1500 watts would be great thanks

Hey, I just recently purchased a 15Q from Fi, maybe like two months ago. It always worked flawlessly and sounded really great. The last few days the sub would cut in and out while a song was playing and it turns out a wire came undone on the inside of the box so i unscrewed the sub and put everything back together. Today I turned the music on and there was a wierd sort of popping sound on some of the notes when it played and it would only play some of the time. It sounds as if there is something inside the sub itself that is rattling. I checked all the wires about 50 damn times and made sure everthing was perfect.
