I was wondering what battery size should I get to replace my stock battery? And I will also be running an audio system with around 4k watts, any suggestions?

Gonna see if I can ask this right. No matter the 12v battery, why are the cells in side of a battery typically rest at 2.17v? What is so special to make this common, yet generic at the same time? Why do we not increase these just a hair, like 2.3v per cell? Why has something like this not been done? I do not understand the build of a battery obviously. @2.3v per cell, we would have a 13.8v battery capable of safely charging around 15.3v. Reason i bring this up is the 14v battery seems like a trial and error install in terms of it "may" work but if it doesn't.. your electronics will get damaged. So, I was wondering if you could post your full line of lithium batteries on here. I am also curious of how many 12v versions you have and/or may be developing in the future. I know lithium batts are very particular in regards to were there voltage levels need to be, so with that said, how do these fit into a car audio setting? What if any, testing have you done? I wouldnt mind possibly running several in my truck if the benefits would be worth it. Thank you

i cant find much info on part number PWM 751 ... i found 1 for sale.. but it has no info.. other then its for a 4.6... no year no alt fitting..i found 1 listing that showed it to only work with a 4G so anyway MORE INFO please

I have a DC Power 270XP a D3400 under the hood and a D3400 in the trunk. Batteries in parallel, no relay(one run 1/0 +, one run 1/0 -). All wiring is Stinger HPM 1/0. Wire connections are terminated with copper ring terminals soldered with silver solder and crimped. Fuse holders are screw down type with Kicker 300a anl fuses. I have two engine grounds in 1/0, alternator to battery ground in 1/0, both batteries are grounded in 1/0. Under hood battery grounded to strut tower, rear battery grounded to frame rail. The only amplifier I am using right now is a Crescendo 3kwp wired at 1ohm gain set approx 45ac volts. I estimate I may see 200a draw now but will be seeing 400a in …

I currently have a Optima yellow top under my hood and XS 5100 in my trunk, was looking into buying a XS 3400 to replace the Optima looking for opinions. System consists of Iraggi 300 amp alt, one Crescendo 3kwp and a Crescendo 1000c4 along with two DC LVL 4 15's with d.7 coils.

Just a simple load test comparison of the D3100 and a couple other Group 31 batteries. I am sure we should have done many things differently and I am sure we will hear about it, but people ask for comparison videos and here you go. Approx 500 amp load for 30 seconds. More videos to come.

Oh how many times have I been asked that question. I wouldn't still have to be working if I had a $1 for each time I have read "all batteries are the same" on the forums. In the past I have been able to tell you the differences, and post up info on the differences......................... but now...................... I get to post up video and show some informative videos that will help you make your decisions on which batteries to purchase. im planning to upgrade my main car battery but im cluless about the XS power batteries... i want to replace my main car battery, but the battery has to fit in a very tight place. i have a v8 soo its kinda hard to fit a big battery in. tryed it before... FAIL... but im looking into XS batterys. also i have a 1700 rms amp, on all stock eletrical... right now i have a redtop main battery thats it... lights dim when i turn it up half way.. sucks... i also have the big going. but idk alot about batterys. can somone toss me their 2 cents?

would a vcm work on my alt ?... its a 05 f150 with a dual alt bracket/alt form dc power/ my stock alt charges my stock electrical and my dc power charges my sound system batts. i wanna use 16v batts, charge @ 18. would a vcm work on my dc power alt ?
