    You don't need to own both drivers to know where they excel. T/S parameters are available for a reason.

    First thing to do its to find what is rattling. You have two solutions. Either secure the two surfaces together to prevent them from rattling against each other or put something between the two surfaces. I found that a good cheap material to use between two surfaces is foam carpet padding. If a metal panel is vibrating I find the best solution is to stiffen it.

    i had some time today to install the toolmaker blocks, redo and add some grounds, clean up and improve the wiring all together. Also this showed up at my shop on friday. wont have time to bring them home untill next weekend.

    wellll I've not seen a saz4500 run @.25 But I've seen a D9 run @.25 and it did fine. they are very similar amps, and to my understanding the saz has better protection components so in theory it would go into protection quicker than a D9.
