  1. I don't see how anybody here can say anything. Nobody here is doing 160 on music or burp.
  2. I understand where everyone is coming from and some got into the bass game for many different reasons. What chilli is basically saying is yea ok 160db is loud but burping is something he isn't interested in. Like racing yea fast is fast but i like drag racing and some people like doing courses. Someone could have a world record track time in courses yea congrats! but I wouldn't give a fuck. Just as some wouldn't agree to build a car just for a 1/4. Just opinions being stated.
  3. Install in the rear looks real good man. We need to talk about your tweeters and headunit mounting in the front though.
  4. M5 a troll? This forum tiny? People don't like coming here? No one said you were an idiot, but if you want to run back to a forum to bash this site instead of making an effort to work with the people who are offering you assistance, then it shows why you're on that forum and not here. Not trying to start anything, but on this forum, we try to take an intelligent approach to problems or questions, and usually that entails starting out with the most information possible before just tossing out answers. As for how your setting your gains, good luck, I continue to see topics showing up across the net with blown sub woofers from installs using that tool. If you want easy answers with minimal information provided while not really making the most of what could be, you were in the right place before. If you want to do it with a little more planning or preparation though logical discussion, then this is the correct forum.
  5. There is a lot more to it than that but it's kinda pointless to to get into it with out working the data. For example a manufacturer has a 12" sub with an Re of say 2, a BL of 15, A moving mass of 350 grams, and an xmax of 30mm. Now this manufacture recommends a ported enclosure with volume of 1.5-3 cubic feet tuned to 28-35 hertz. The sub may graph out and work fine in an enclosure that's 1.5 feet tuned to 35 hertz or 3 cubic feet tuned to 28 hertz but it won't have enough motor force to control the moving mass to xmax in a 1.5 foot enclosure tuned to 28 hertz. These numbers are arbitrary but it's one reason you can't use a broad ranged enclosure recommendation.
  6. I would be a little scared of that guy. Back away slowly and smile.
  7. Change the way you cook and your pans will nearly clean themselves.
  8. The OG ones were pretty ballsy mids, with some nice tweets, but the non neo ones I'm not sure about.
  9. I never clean my range. That is what my wife is for.
  10. Then read Fi's website. You don't change your box for your amp. Follow the recommendations.
  11. WOW! made me think of back to the future.

  18. the AGu is glass,. and the ANL is an element style,. here is a link we can all learn from.... all about fuses!!! http://www.bcae1.com/fuses.htm enjoy!
  19. i just wanted to pop in and say.. guys.. lol ive built plenty of musical setups that will do 50s .. yes in the kick.. even have a 4dr impala with a trunk setup that has done just at a 50.8 in the kick with 2 15s and a rd d9.. tuned at 35hz daily beater.. most are walled cars. but i build 2-3 daily setups a month for people. i just dont have to much interest in building daily stuff for myself.. 12-15yrs ago i did.. and had it. im 33yrs old.. beating at the stop lights with my 3 kids in the car isnt a big deal to me lol i like building woofers,boxes..the mechanical side of this industry.. and testing and chasing scores. the tinkering with that is my attraction. so im sorry i compete in a spl burp class..and thats what i built for .. but it is what is and thats that..
