Not a manufacturing issue..a speaker is an input device, if you do something wrong it smokes and stops working. It only does what you tell it to do in the environment in which you place it in. It's no different than buying a brand new car..taking it 100mph in 1st gear on the interstate and the engine flies apart..that's not because it is a bad car, or the car had issues. It's because you did not shift to the 4 other gears that the car has. Again, it only does what you tell it to do in the environment in which you place it in. Feel free to repeat that on ROE as they continue to think you are brushing it off on cheap amps.

4 months!? Dafuq Some mistakes made at the factory, pulled my hair out on this order and one other daily trying to get it straight. Some reason, a couple orders got out of order, then when they were caught up, were shipped out either on wrong labels or to the wrong place. So we lost some money and some people got some free subs, but the issue has been corrected and the guys at the build house have assured me this won't happen again. The moment they are able to do a build run, we will push towards a small standing inventory again.

Well, I went for a test drive with the new springs. Apart from a rebound clip hitting the sway bar (fixed the clip with a BFH), it's very good in the bumps. It sits like shit, arched upward on the front side and straight on the rear side but I never bottomed out today. I've never driven it so fast on bumps, with the old springs the rear would bottom out at much slower speeds. I talked to the guy who made the springs, another leaf has to be made and it's either going to replace one existing leaf or an addition. My suspicion is that stepping sucks, that's why the front side is arched inwards and there is a gap between 2 leafs on the rear side. Another leaf would bring my spring rate up, it feels slightly softer than the front spring rate now.

With this idea, you shouldn't be purchase audio in all honesty. Just about 99% of all brands out right now will have such a loss in value in a 10 year time that it wouldn't be worth purchasing if that is your end goal. Perhaps a car our a house would be a better purchase from that mind set. You missed the point completely. He is looking at budget. To me that is over time. Buying cheap now and throwing it away later is more expensive than buying nicer now and selling for something later. Same argument for buying a used car versus taking the 20% hit for driving it off the lot.

it really keeps up.. its wild! in my black car it was my first time going active trying to keep up with my sub stage,...and i failed.. but this time WOW its loud clean clear full and you can hear it WITH the sub stage.. im happy!!! i do on the other hand need to figure out how to dampen my over head console. it rattling a bit. ill try to get some vids.. my busy season starts in the morning.. so.

well this box was made for the black lincoln,.... and much to my dismay the new lincolns truck is SMALLER!! so this is the only way it would fit..... i was upset with it.. as it seemed to only play very low... but with these new subs, and some time tuning and playing with it.. it sounds nice, very deep, and balls out loud to me..... but every day i think about building a new box port back sub back to see if its any better... but im afraid if i spend alll that time and money and it dont sound MUCH MUCH better then ill be mad at my self.

control arm bushings, Same thing I was wondering and where did you get them bigjon? help section at Oriletys i use the med soft ones, i have used PVC in the past, and i found these i have used them for years.. i have no other option other then to mount my amp on my box, so i made the box 1.5 inchs all over, then used these for a last chance to stop the vibes,

i have done many many builds in town cars, they are the hardest car IMO to make loud, and this is a killer score, may not be much to yall but you must remember this is a leather filled car with a 1 foot trunk to cabin barrier.. these cars are made NOT to be loud. im happy with it.. its my all time high in a town car. obtw i peak at 42 htz

my vids are kinda bitter sweet for me..my front stage is so loud and crisp and clean in person.. but is just too damn loud for the cam mic.
