  2. i had the same problem, it's the back panel against the heat sink. I took it off and put some foam tape down the sides where it makes contact, problem solved.

  6. Instead of buying a new alt for the dual alt setup I'll be using the old alt out of the mustang, going to convert it to self exciting and fabricate a bracket, whenever I get the money I'll replace the factory alt with a new mechman. I need to figure out how I'm going to cut .25" steel, lol.
  7. The box is going to be 15.5ft^3 tuned to 30hz for the rear chamber, and 24.5ft^3 tuned to 50hz for the front chamber. The entire box is double layered with the sub baffle quadruple layered and front of box triple layered. The overall dimensions are 37.75" wide x 35" tall x 72.25" deep. Everything but the front is going to be sandwiched between the top and bottom pieces, so naturally everything between them will be 32" tall.
