  1. Wished I would have had more time to spend on this,And a damn router that someone borrowed and never brought back ... 4.373 cubes @ 32Hz ">http:// ">http:// ">http:// ">http:// ">http://http://s1293.photobucket.com/user/mikel7829/media/20150208_095743_zpsmx7ataau.jpg.html'>
  2. Hey Mikey, If you really want me to pick on you just come visit. I will put you in a world of PAIN!!!!!
  3. They are only rated for 60 watts rms so you will have to turn the gain down. So you don't burn the speakers up. Plus with the four channel you could run a active front stage if you ever want to go that route.
  4. You are always so mean to me...You are always hurting my feelings Dude, seriously . . . . No not seriously..But you do Why do you always pick on me?WE pick on EVERYBODY!! Get use to it or shove off mate!
  5. Yay, more computer wtf. If I do a lot of shit at once it shuts down. Won't turn on and start up then as it tries to go into Repair windows mode. Let it rest for an hour and it starts up again fine. My guess is over heating. Stays on if you only have webpages, but not if you do more. Of course what killed it yesterday was just transferring files from hard drive to hard drive. When hot it wouldn't even start in Ubuntu. Normally I'd just say eff it and buy a new motherboard and proc when this happens, but mine isn't all that old. Any way to trouble shoot what is getting hot or overloading that forces the shut down?
  6. Look at the HELP topics in WinISD under entering new driver data. There is a specific order in which all the T/S parameters have to be entered in order for everything to calculate correctly. Follow that and you'll be golden with most drivers. The only ones I've not been able to enter following the provided directions were cheap or sketchy ones that had provided T/S specs that must have plain and simply been wrong. Also, watch out on the units, such as square centimeters vs. square millimeters for the Sd (cone area) as an example. If the default measurement unit doesn't match the manufacturers specs just click on the unit itself and it will cycle through the different available units for that parameter. Like anything else, it will take a few trips through the software to get used to how it works. As for M5, yeah he may come off a little prickish but that doesn't make anything he's been trying to get across to you any less correct. Have fun with it and when you're really ready to listen and learn we'll still be here to help.
  7. I will find a better company.
  8. We upgraded these amps to freshen things up since we haven't in 10+ years. We understand that for those of you who may have the other model amps that this may put some stress on you if you are trying to add to your existing set-up. We are trying our best to appease everyone we can while being innovative and keep SoundQubed from being stagnant. If there is anything we can do to help please let us know. You could have warned your existing customers of the change. We had a huge blow out sale on the existing amps and told people the change was coming - Did you recently purchase an amp or is it an older amp? A older amp when you were AQ.
  9. That was fast ! SSA should have some Team SSA dust caps made that fit the zcon and xcon series subs.
  10. I would say the best way is your ears and nose. When you hear stress back the gain down some. But not all music is recorded the same so if you hear stress on another song turn the volume down.
  11. You match the gain to the head unit voltage. 2volts or 5volts the end result it the same.
  12. Pretty sure Id know if it was distorting to all hell. Right now its loud, and clean. Even though you dont recommend using the clip light its hookd up because its on the gain knob, Came with the amp so I figured why not install it... But I usually only get a soft clip on it every now n then. Just wanted deeper info so I knew it was set "somewhat" right. Thanks I guess you will find out. If you start to get a burning smell turn it down.
  13. Get somebody thats done it before so you can learn. well that's what I'm trying to do. There's 2 shops around me that don't know shit. They don't even carry 0g wire. There garbage, so I figured here would be a great option It is but I cant teach you over the computer. There are better people who could tell you how.
  14. Get somebody thats done it before so you can learn.
  15. Stop trying to use the dmm method and do it by ear.
