What are you powering it with?

Got an xbox one for Xmas. Got bored of it after a month or 2 lol. Got my comcast running through it still but don't play it.

Can't make everyone happy.

I dealt with a Craigslist builder in my area. Best performing box I've ever used. Not saying all are good but my experience was good.

What are you looking to accomplish with your system? I assume it's going in a trail blazer? What kind of space are you willing to give up? (Dimensions). Your amp may be just fine if your not going crazy.

got the model number or anything? I use the same square bit screws. Think I got a box at lowes. Not totally theft proof but I'd like to think most people don't carry that bit around with them jacking people's shit.

If soundstream doesn't make a speaker that fits your needs then get something that does. No way in hell I'd run only 1 brand of equipment. Isn't soundstream borderline flea market these days?

Bad speaker cutout. Also have pulled it twice already and screw holes will be blown out. Would have to rotate sub and logo would be crooked. Not a big deal seeing as I can't damage it either way. Enclosure is garbage. As of 2 days ago I took the entire thing out. In my car in my enclosures my 2 sa12s sound better than a single icon 12. Kinda figured just couldn't resist owning an ssa sub.

No experience with the bl's but I have used the Q 12 and 15 models. In fact listening to the 12" q driving down the freeway in my friends car right now as I type. Love them. I think it would be able to do what you need and more in the right enclosure. One of my favorite subs I've had my hands on. Helped another friend to buy a ssd12 and it sounds pretty damn good too. Don't think any of fi's subwoofers will let you down. Just install them in a properly built box and your good to go

My icon sounds kinda funky right now also. Not what I've believed I could expect from it. I'm 100% sure it's my install. Just need to keep tweaking it till it's how you want
