Have you done the big three? Voltage at amp x amps from the alternator. if you had 12.5v x 136amps=1700 watts x eff. of the amp .85= 1445 watts. This is just a example the voltage at the amp is a key part.

A battery charger/maintainer will help most only put out 25amps. Make sure its agm compatible.

That is some great news! So what was better about these vs the type r's? Louder? More midbass? Better SQ overall? You had them amped correct? I felt with the proper amp the SQ was better.

I have ran those IA components and have used the best alpine type r. The IA's are the way to go for the money.

Are you running the SA-8v.2 subs. If the box is tuned to 34hz why is your subsonic filter set so low?

It would have to put out the same or better amps the your alternator. How big is your car system?

How many watts rms do you need?

I would use a volt meter and check your voltages.

Going with bigger subs at 1000 watts will make a big difference. the same size sub at 1000 watts wont gain you much.

Try a used aq2200 amp. There is one for sale in the classifieds.

does middle mean its not fully broken in to for a 6 month old sub?why does his coils read 0.9 when it suppose to be 0.7 as the website states it A cheap dmm could cause that reading. is $330 to much or to cheap What are they new? sounds like a fair price, but nhen you buy used make sure he has a good rating for selling stuff.
