Welcome to the IHoP
Well the video may be fake, but water can be turned from frosty icey cold, into a solid block of ice when removed from a fridge under the correct circumstances. I have had it happen to me numerous times, especially while deployed. J Kinda had that happen to me. left a bottle in the car overnight, picked it up to take a drink and snapped the side on the bottle and it instantly turned in to an iced slush.

best amp for the money to power a single 12" SSA Dcon single 4ohm?
I'd much rather have the boston that was listed earlier.

will my amp be underpowered?
whats considered a basic system? under 2000W? XS rates the batteries for what power you plan to run for if its a primary battery (underhood) or if its a secondary battery (in rear). It says 2000-3000 watts. I would say that battery alone in the front should be fine for "up to" 2000 watts of stereo on stock electrical with the big 3 done. Any more and add another battery to the rear and look into a aftermarket alt. Add a volt meter to monitor it to be safe. I would say most "basic" systems out there are under 2000 watts one more thing: senario A: 2000W sub amp Senario B: 1500W sub amp + 500W 4 way (=2000W) would there be any difference in how much power is needed to run either senario? I think you answered your own question 2000 watts either way. No, Amplifier efficiency will come into play.

2 12 inch SSA XCON box design ideas and I need help
http://www.soundsolu...&attach_id=3097 I'd use this one before all the others. 4.4ft^3 @ ~33hz add a little bit of dowel bracing and it would be perfect.

Torres Calculator?
meh, I don't care for it. Every time I compare numbers to it I find something I don't like about it or off about it.

do I have the SAZ-1500 original or V2?
IMO there is four versions. V1 = The first one with one side printed with the model number. V1.5 = Same amp with new heat sink design and model numbers on both sides. V2 = New board design, 1.6" shorther the V1 and V1.5, and no internal fuses. V3 = The newest one coming out right now.

Got three XBL motors I'm willing to get rid of
Wait so are you selling just a motor or a built sub. You make it sound like your going to build them up before they go out.

12" Flatlyne Sealed Enclosure - Ideas / cubic feet?
Yes, add the displacement when looking for an enclosure. Personally I'd build one, then you can tailor it toward your specifications.

change my seats to black or no.
Will the center console remain tan? Maybe get some black trash bags and put them over the seats, might give you an idea of how it will look.

Make shift pools rofl. Make shift douchebag pools, yes. and then run a pipe from the exhaust so they can have a jacuzzi. and get high at the same time. Sounds like a Southern thing for sure. Maybe sitting in the center farting might add a little extra? lol, no they'd feed one of the youngins a bunch o beans and put them in the middle.

Need help finding right amp
Have you thought about getting the merlin fixed? should be cheaper then buying a new one even with how much you spent for it. Getting it fixed from a reputable company, it will be just as good as new.
