808, I know exactly what that poping is lmao. I'm not sure what amp your using. But with the aq1200, it never made this noise. Not until I crank it up with the 5500 does it make this noise. And it only makes this noise on notes above the tuning. The night I was drunk, I let it do it about 16 times lmao. So the one time you did it, nothing should be bad. I work at a custom car shop that does tint as the main selling point. That shop can order you 20% damn it lmao. Seriously. I wouldn't recommend doing two layers. If you drive a lot in the dark, in a dick county or w/e, then I wouldn't recommend 15%. I knew the legal is 35% here. That is a pretty big price difference though.. Do some more shoping around, and, if you have to shell out more money, just know your getting your money's worth. Window tinting, especially with warrenty should be a permenant job. So its a one time fee. If you want to look at it that way.l

BEST splitters I have used. i've been through about 4 of them two. All of the others are laying in the garage, in dissapointment compared to the Schoche Wire Splitters lol.

Couldn't tell you sorry. Being each install is different. The Sundowns, the OAs, and the Skar brand's are under the same influence in my opinion, so the build quality of each driver should be about the same, same could go for the output. I would just have to say go for it and try it. And let us know.

omg damn Jon. I use RCA's from "Directed". About 15$ for a 17 footer. Really good quality. There are the same ones that local stores sell here, but obivously you want to buy them online. I'm not finna pay 45$ for a 17ft RCA.

ohkay coo!! Only reason why I'm suggesting to try to get this one louder, is because, you are going from a single top of the line woofer, to four bottom of the line woofers. See where I'm coming from? As suggested earlier, you would need to up your budget if you are looking for any noticeable gains.
