  1. love those amps, I been looking at them recently
  2. x2, if you don't want to change equipment I would try a new box. Most trunks do well with a side firing port and subs either rear or forward firing for daily. This should be the cheapest fix with buying new gear.
  3. Thanks man and thats just a small portion of the shoes I have. Last I checked I had like 40 pairs still in the boxes but i been selling them to help fund this build. Thanks.Subs look amazing, updates are always great. I just sold 30 pair myself, but not for audio. Another expensive hobby that I have.
  4. The Stinger is a great battery but I would just sell it and put it towards the battery(ies), if more are needed. That's just me though
  5. Group 31 will do, how many batteries you need will depend on your setup
  6. Box is badass man, can't wait to see the finished product.
  7. Title maybe? :Op more pictures, how do you like those MTX speakers?
  8. try and find a kicker or rockford that is 2 ohm stable if they fit your budget, if you already have the Crescendo already then run it at 2 ohms.
  9. Well, if I could get just the weight of a 12" and 15" Xcon that would be great! I don't have a scale at home to weight it and its in the box anywayIf you need to know that bad then just take your sub out and find a scale to weigh it, real simple actually. Or just buy a smaller, lightweight sub. If enclosure is not made of birch then redo enclosure to save on weight. You could also ask the dude Ricksi30 sold his 12" xcons to, how much they weigh, just improvise.
  10. It looks like the shipping is out of Crescendo's control too. It sucks but shows why I don't get involved with pre-orders especially Crescendo. Hopefully positive updates come soon.
  11. the invisible force field around the sub is what produces SQ bass for hours on end.. fyi
  12. My bk amps have treated me very well. That's what made me bring them up, plus I plan on grabbing a 800.4 for the front stage.
  13. look into the precision power ppi black ice series, they seem to be doing well. Also look at woofersetc.com, that's where I got my Cadence from.
  14. Waste of time for what you listen too, I had one and loved it. Buy with a proper enclosure and todays current music, its useless. Spend your money on other things if you need to improve your bass.
  15. Can't wait to hear your review on those Dayton mids, looking at getting a pair of 8"s for the front doors myself.
  16. My box for my old Saturn Ion was 35"w x 27"d x 14"h, man do I miss that trunk I still had room to spare. Your dimensions may be on the large side but then again I had the sedan and not a coupe like you. Just because the dimensions are available doesn't mean you can use every inch. Make sure you have room for amps and for the box to slide in and out.
  17. Testing, testing and more testing. There are plenty of threads with tips on how to add to your score and some build logs with info too. Do a little research
  18. Enjoy it Mark, party time.
  19. Are you gonna completely redo your a-pillars or just try and cover the speakers with grill cloth to see if it makes a difference. Or will seeing the shapes in the a-pillars still make you believe speakers are there?
  20. Reread the post, he has a h/o alt and Big 3 done already. Op put a battery in the back and you should be good to go. If you don't have a volt meter I suggest you get one, I wouldn't rely on the clip indicator on the bass knob.
  21. Nobody can answer that question for you, but if you don't meet your goal then your install or enclosure is at fault.
