December 17, 200915 yr Dont void your warranty and run it at 0.5 ohms and possibly shorten its life span (if not done correctly).

December 17, 200915 yr Running a Sundown Amp at 0.5 ohms is voiding the warranty thats why I said it.
December 17, 200915 yr well 0.5 isn't NOT in the warrenty ANY MORE. the second you go into 0.5ohm load and blow the amp (if) they will know right away and so will you as you can kiss it good by!so if you are goign to do it and do it correctly give those 2 video's a look at and see if you understand what is going on!

December 17, 200915 yr Well.. that's lame.oh well.how many amp hours for 1 ohm load, i was thinking 200 AHThat's lame ?Make a list of manufacturers that cover 1 ohm rated amps ran at 1/2 ohm under warranty... I am pretty sure you will find this in almost every manufacturers warranty text :"This warranty does not cover improper installation, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, operation of unit outside of listed specifications, or any product that has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Sundown Audio."A warranty exists to cover manufacturers defects... not abuse damage.
