Im just trying to find out if i'm uninformed or really missing a part. I received my brand new SAX-200.4D on Friday, May 20. Super excited, I pulled it from the box and upon giving the amp a good looking over, I found it was missing the black plastic switch for the High/Full/Low pass crossover for channels 1&2. Its been awhile since i was involved in car audio, but dont we still need these switches? I already tried talking to the authorized internet dealer, but i was told to talk to the manufacturer. So quick to take your money, but so useless when it comes to help. im just worried i threw a bunch of money out the door. any help would be appreciated.

Don't be too worried Jacob is great with CS. They have a partial closure this week though so it may take a little longer than usual. But he is "Sundownz" on the forums.

Can you take a pic of the missing piece. And I an pretty sure the switch you are missing is needed

I never heard anything bad about Sundown. Take pics and post up.

It may have been damaged in transit (most likely as we flip all the switches in testing at the shop); send us a photo or post it here.

This name has grown since I first dealt with it, but it seems regardless of the success, SUNDOWN AUDIO is for sure Held it's integrity and dedication to customer service, and product development, and improvement. No doubt Jacob "Sundown Audio" is busy these days, and seems to seek out and take care of every customer regardless the size of purchase or inquiry. :drink40:

i think if you bought a sundown sticker with a wrinkle in it jacob would take care of it!

Just wondering, what internet dealer did you buy this amp from?

i ordered the amp from woofersetc.com. It was either that or drive to cali to pick up the amp. While im at it, I would like to thank Jacob at Sundown Audio. He was very quick to remedy the situation. Im thankful he took the time schedule a shipping return so this amp can be fixed. Anybody who is on the fence about Sundown, dont think twice. They offer a top notch product with top notch customer service. Thats hard to find these days. Thanks again.

thank you sir. i got the FedEx door tag today. i'll be returning to Sundown for a couple more amps here in the next couple of months. thanks again.
