Which would be better on a saz3500 3 10" xcons or 2 12's? Both setups would be sealed.

Actually I can get 1.23 per 12 if I do 3 12's. Would that be enough power per sub?

That is enough room for a sealed Xcon 12, and yes, that is enough power for 3.
