thanks, but I think if I worked in audio I wouldn't have fun with it. I like to test myself and my job let's me fab/design/create everyday.

Singer 350 is fixed, re-powdercoated and delivered. My million feet of 2/0 welding wire arrived. New fuse holders. And some cable lugs all arrived today and I'm not home to play with them

Power steering line finally fixed. Still kinda weary being that close to the alt.

Singer alt is in and factory harness is modded to accept 2 alternators. Tomorrow I need to find a belt that will run the whole setup.

Hopefully I can fire it up tomorrow and pull it out if the garage to run the 2/0 cable.

sweet!! is there anyway to put a rubber heater hose over the power steering hose? i know you can atach it near the joint.. but perhaps you can fit it on then secure it from the other end?

It's not near the charge stud anymore, mike moved it. But line is still touching the case.

well i fired it up today and as i suspected the large 350a unit busted the line again so.... i moved it up to the 2nd alt location. fits like a glove. ill have Singer send a smaller 270a unit to fit the factory location. i also started mocking up my amp rack/ power distribution center. was getting eaten alive my mosquitos so i had to come in and watch jersey shore.
