March 24, 201312 yr Author Well the Grand Prix circuit is in St.Pete this weekend, so why not go bass downtown lol. We are a bass-friendly community btw.
March 24, 201312 yr thats a cool vid! house of slam! i bet you get looks even in car audio common florida when you say bass friendly community, do you mean bass friendly police?if i did that behind a cop here he would bust a uturn and after writing me a tickettake his knife and rip my surrounds i gotta sound ticket at ybor city in tampai was like mr officer i can hear the clubs music from herehes like "they have a permit" fail.
March 24, 201312 yr Author St.Pete is different, even with the sound laws over a year ago, they wouldn't pull you over. If you go a city over though, that's a different story. Police here are busy with drugs and thieves lol. Literally that one square city block had at least 10 officers, and it was the same on each corner since the race was going on.

I had good luck doing it the old fashioned way by ear. I'd make a thread and some more knowledgable people will answer that for you, instead of using this thread.
