what will "rms" be?

also can they be configured to use a softer spider like the other NS's?

2500 RMS with the "stock" coil; which will be a very long flat wire coil (longest coil we've ever had) -- eventually we'll be able to use most any 3" coil we've ever offered to tailor to different applications; the thermal handling will vary at that point.

As far as spiders... as of when they first go on sale you could use X, Z v.4, or NS v.3 level stiffness pressed packs -- at 4, 5, or 6 layers respectively... black, yellow, and light red in color respectively as well.

Then the SPL spiders are a different story all together -- we can do anywhere from 1 to 6 of those -- 6 of them will be a good bit stiffer than the hardest pressed pack setup.

wow, that's a lot of options going on right there. Nice to see the ability to tailor each one to a user's specific end application. Can definitely get time consuming going through all the variables and outcomes with a customer to ensure optimal design per intended application as well.

Keep up the good work and progress, definitely shows why so many speak very highly of your products.
