August 3, 201411 yr Author I originally wanted the amps to go in the back seats but they wouldn't fit. Also the box was supposed to go all the way back but I didn't account for how the trunk curves down enough, so it left a 3 inch gap I used a 7th gen civic trunk latch so the 5500 could fit and the trunk still open properly Stock latch on the left It took 2 hours just to get 2 volts with the battery. So I just used the battery charger and it took about 20min to get them to 13volts. spaghetti Edited August 3, 201411 yr by basshead7890

August 3, 201411 yr Great looking build! Your trim and panel work is spot on! I'm impressed you were able to get such a large box in the accord. Did you have to cut any sheet metal out of the rear deck? What are the specs on the box?
August 3, 201411 yr Tuned in.We don't find those Hondas here, it looks nice. But that is a lot of work to fit a head unit. Congratulations ;-)

It wasn't easy, I almost quit numerous times lol Well it looks great- I am at that point myself- I get frustrated, and blow it off til 'next hitch'. But my kids are all going back to school this month- so hopefully I'll get back at it when I have some non kid time to spend on it.

August 4, 201411 yr They look good to me, especially like how you used the door panel grills as protection.
