the motor/ magnet structure is almost the same width as the cut diameter.

The only downside's to the 10" btls is they don't play music very well, if at all from what i heard. I might for the beginning of the season run one 12" btl with a 1500d per coil @ .75 ohms, than eventually run one 3000d per coil (if it comes out this season) to a pair of 10" btls. Nothing is final yet. Testing will commence shortly (will be purchasing my first 1500d this friday)...

Although a DD or audioque are being considered as well.
