Chevy350TPI 12 Posted December 14, 2005 dude, Steven has been quoting Super Troopers for like a week straighti think something broke in his headwe need to get a wrench and go up to Manitoba (only place i can think of in Canada-land) and fix him*squeaky*squeaky*squeaky* all fixedand the peasants rejoicedManitoba? Holy hick.Domestic BC boy here.Nothing wrong with Manitoba, it's just far too close to Quebec.Super Troopers rules. Period. So much quotable material in there. I could quote the entire movie. I'm not going to lie, I've watched it non-stop for the past week. I've got the DVD here at work as well, and it's playing right now.

///M5 2,833 Posted December 14, 2005 np: Red House (hendrix version)That narrows it down to one of about 16 different available recordings, hopefully you have a good one!I got it off of the first issue of the Expirence CD. Good enough for me.Ah, I love the Hendrix jams. Must have at least 30-40 non-issued (in the US) CD's of live performances. Red House can be da bom.

dennisp 0 Posted December 14, 2005 Anyone know where to get a sony xdp-4000?<{POST_SNAPBACK}>Good luck finding one, those things are rather elusive. I've only seen em on ebay a couple times and they always end up expensive. On forums I've only seen one, ever. I know, not the answer you're looking for I'll keep an eye out.

Jmac 24 Posted December 15, 2005 Got my new graphics card today ... Gigabyte GeForce 6600GT (GA-N66T128VP) ... The thing is practically one big copper block with a PCB board wedged in the middle 1200 MHz 128-bit memory ... 1200*128/8000 = 19.2 GB/s transfer rate ... Yays I'm happy
dennisp 0 Posted December 15, 2005 Good lord gigabyte graphics card. Must have cost you a pretty penny.
Jmac 24 Posted December 15, 2005 $205 CAD, so not a lot ... It's one of the few 6600GTs that comes shipped with 1.6 ns memory (most 6600GTs come with 2.2 ns memory clocked at 900 MHz), so it has performance almost equal to that of a 6800, which costs about $300 ... Plus mine has HDTV input and output
