Got wrong tracking number. Shows it was picked up, But it was Shipped and delivered somewhere in California. Still got nothing here in Canada, BC. Yes i ordered on may 31st. i ordered 2 sa8v.2 dual 4 subs. i received 1 dual 4 and one dual 2................. ive sent an email and left a voice message.............. before i go any further im not knocking Sound Solutions at all.................i myself work with the public and have made mistakes.......................im just trying to figure out the best way to remedy the situation.........any help would be greatly appreciated

I am very proud to to give you guys a sneak peak of the new SSA store. The old SSA store's life has come to an end as the software creators have stopped all software updates. Forcing us to move to a newer platform, which is ok. As it works out, the news software has a few more bells and whistles. Tried e-mailing and posting about my VVX12 with no response yet... Had it for a month and the center of the cone is coming unglued... The sub itself still plays fine, the only kind of sound distortion is where air is coming through the crack... The sub has not been abused at all, and i've been told by many how durable SKAR subs are... Just trying to find out what can be done for a replacement or swap. i just was at the store and seen the Outrageous Deals...... i am not on here alot so i missed all the deals.. i wish i would of got a email or something, i would of bought at least one of every thing ... those where some smoking deals... may be we could get a list for people to put there names on to be emailed for the deals as they come up... or maybe you did send them... now i think about it my email has changed when i switched internet provider... well keep up the killer deals. i will be keeping a close eye on them now

Just wanted to say you have a great company and I have been happy with your products before BUT never again will I order a subwoofer off of your store and pay almost $100 to have it shipped to me. If i hadn't already decided on an 18" zcon I would of ordered fromsomewhere else. Just kinda sucks but im sure the sub will be great!
