  1. Damn if I didn't just buy some subs I would of gotten these, nice price on them.
  2. Baskets look badass Jacob, can't wait to see the limits you will reach with these.
  3. Thanks for the response guys, I'm not a huge complainer so I wanted to ask before I sent the wire back. Thanks to woofersetc.com amazing customer service, I have 50ft. of Stinger speaker cable on the way for $9.99. So it worked out in the end, just gonna toss the monster cable in the trash since I don't have to send it back. The manager was happy I called because now he's gonna do quality control on the Monster cable they have in stock and deal with it.

  5. No the jacket is not hard or cracking, the new Monster cable wire has an oily residue on the outer jacket.
  6. I have two different brands of speaker wire that are turning green inside the jacket. It is not turning green at the ends just in certain areas of the covered wire. Ive spent two hours googling and just seen multiple forums and websites where it turned into an argument whether the discoloration was due to oxidation or the chemical reaction between cheap insulation and the copper wire. Please don't turn this into a pissing contest. Either you know or don't know, don't need guesses. What causes the discoloration and will it affect the signal if used? Remember its not at the ends, just restating that for the people who can't read. One set of wire is brand new and it came like this in the unopened spool, Monster cable. The other was installed in my car for a while and turned green over time, Monoprice cable.
  7. Nice, usually the 3-4 week build time is an estimate since the build house can be behind at times.
  8. It seems like you stated your own problems, it would be wise to do the big 3 in 1/0 wire and try to get a small battery for the rear area. Depending on your current alt size one battery may not be enough for your current draw.
  9. That Joe Dirt phrase got me dying laughing, Plum Crazy Purple.
  10. No, never doing an outrageous deal again. We never kept any Stetsom in stock, models changed faster then we could sell them. Then why keep them on board?
  11. No he is not making assumptions, Steve himself stated those amps only put out 45 watts. The man who built them spoke on the issue on multiple forums as well.
  12. good score man
  13. You can run into mechanical limits of subwoofer before fully powering a sub with its rms, like said before its all install dependent. Users sense, box size and other factors play into how much a subwoofer can take. Amp will be fine, no point in replacing it unless it goes bad on you.
  14. Sorry if I missed it but how are the pods attached to the dash? That is badass, has me contemplating if I still want to do HLCD under dash horns or try this approach. Carpet jobs looks nice too
  15. Sexy amps and stellar install, I always wanted to try out Nakamichi.
  16. Good choice on mids, never heard the tweeters but i like my 6.5s and they have nice output.
  17. x2, shit just keeps getting worse and worse around here
  18. When can we expect to see the DIRT Sheet
  19. Nice setup, love the car.
