Lots more work to do. I barely got started on the port work. No where near done with that piece & I have two more identical pieces to build.

I broke the Jasper Jig working on someone else's box Sunday so until the new one comes in I can't do much else to the ports. All the wood for the box itself is laminated and ready to be assembled.

This is going to be a sick build! Looking forward to more pics!

Maan Im rather impressed with the port design, get this build going and cant wait to see finish design.

The ports are completely done & mounted and the box itself is assembled. I had pics but after an issue with my memory card they all got deleted. Won't be able to get back on this til Monday. Then all the sub holes will get cut, corner bracing will be added, and all thread bracing installed.

Should be interesting when completed !

Got all the sub holes cut.

Time to flush & flare the ports from the outside.

I flare it in stages. First a 3/4" bit then two passes with the 1.5". Pictured here the center is flared 1.5" & the two outside ports are flared 3/4".

All three ports flared with the 1.5" bit.

Test fitting the subs.

The rest of the subs. As soon as I pick up a roll of speaker wire they'll all get installed.

The only thing left is the corner bracing and threaded rod. I started installing the threaded rod tonight but didn't get finished. All that will get done tomorrow.

Said forget being like everyone else and buying all the pieces to make flare ports just did the process your self, two thumbs up .
