I got my BTL 18 yesterday!!

Funny thing is, I never got a tracking number.. As a matter of fact, I checked the invoice page on Fi's website yesterday morning and it still said "Your order is being processed." It still says that now that I've got it haha. Pictures coming up later today! If I wasn't at school I'd put em up right now.

So to all people waiting for their Fi sub, don't be too discouraged. It could be at your doorstep when you get home today!

When did you order the BTL? I can't have this happen to me. I'm a Canadian, and got my BTLs shipped to a location in the States. (UPS rapes us with customs fees. )

Finally got home. Mom wouldn't let me use her camera, so I had to use my phone. For being an "8.0" mega pixel camera, it really doesn't take very good pictures... Oh well.

Build log will be up as soon as the amp comes in! Ordered amp 2 days after the sub (March 1st), so it should be in soon. Still no tracking number on it though..

03 Tahoe. Sittin on 24's right now, not quite my style. Lookin to get it lifted 6" and throw it on some 35s, we'll see

I'm 15, don't turn 16 till August. Wanted to get a head-start on my system before the time came for me to legally be able to drive, so it'd be ready when I am of age.

Believe me, everyone around here runs the shittiest equipment. Funny how a kid throws a 12" Kicker in a pre-made enclosure in their trunk and think they're loud. Was talkin to a guy I met and he told me how he was "getting his xplods put in soon."

Got the Hoe from my brother, family helped me out with that purchase, and everything else that is going into the truck will be purchased by me and me alone (including audio).

Build log will be put up as soon as the amp comes in. I'll post a link to it whenever it comes in.

Nice way to start a system! Wish I had heard of fi, sundown, xs.. anything good when I was of your age and not when i was 19 and had to waste money on all the crap systems first Cant wait for the build log!

Ur kinda doin what I did. Im 18 and started at 17. Did my first system big. (18" xcon and sundown 1500.) Although I still need more electrical.

Appreciate it everybody. Having the best I can possibly have is in my nature. Did a lot of research before I decided to go with Fi. Wish the amp would hurry up and get here. Still says "processing" in the "status" section on their website. Who knows, it might be at my doorstep when I get home today! Wouldn't be the first time it happened.

Sorry for off-topic but, I'm 17 and when i say I got Ascendant Audio Havocs or Bravoxs speakers and Sundown amps people think I must have this off-brand piece of crap. It's pretty annoying when you know you bought some of the best stuff for the money and people just say that "Kickers will probably beat that sh*t". (Not saying Kicker is bad, but there is better...). I agree, /rant.

I know EXACTLY what you're saying. I told the kid I mentioned earlier with the upcoming xplods how I planned to run my Fi on an AQ, and he said, "Yeah, I heard those are ok. I think the xplods will probably be louder though."

I just chuckled and thought to myself, "Can't wait to get my system hooked up."
