scott i have 3 18's but 1 only has 1(the other 2 are fine) of the voice coils that works, there d1 coils what should i do

Is the coil burnt, or does it simply not read? Normally a recone is the only way to fix that... send me an email to Sales@FiCarAudio.com and we can get you sorted.
