what can this amp really do with (2) fi bl 18"s? overated or underated?

Let me move this to the proper section.

I have heard reports it does 3000 fine with sufficent currnet provided, but some people have reported that they can be fragile.

mine got loud as hell @ 1 ohm, and i had no problems.

it needs a good electrical for sure though.
