If they sell it to you below MAP pricing, then the product will not carry a warranty.

Don't know any dealers but,I know where there's a used one for sale . Its in Canada tho.

I spoke to an authorized dealer today. They told me that the AX series amps are discontinued, and are being replaced with a new series. They said that there were no remaining AX 5600 at the manufacture. So it looks like I might be out of luck.
