Looking at running a 2 Oz Matrix Elite 12"'s and a set of Oz Matrix Elite 6.5 Comps in an SQ setup.

Wanting to know if a set of Duece's would be a good choice or 2 Miniliths, going to rum the Draconia up front.

It depends on the impedance of the subs, Deuce has a higher rating if bridged (800 @ 4ohm bridged) compare to minilith (650 @ 1ohm).
