  1. When you know you're good.... I don't always model speakers, but when I do I already know what they are going to do. Stay loud my friends.
  2. My rundown of SSA sub that I have owned or played with. DCON GCON XCON EVIL All are some of the best subs I have ever owned and I have been into audio since 1987.
  3. OG blue icons, zcons, and evils. Had an xcon but not a chance to use it.
  4. i have many subs and like to play around swapping stuff in and out constantly, but my GCON 15 seems to find its way back into the car more often than anything else

  13. I have a zcon and talked my buddy into an icon.
  14. Everything except the xcon here
  15. Everything except the Evil, many times
  16. Well, technically the DCON and XCON. Though the DCON isn't mine, it's my sister's and my XCON hasn't even seen power yet, lol.
  17. um yep. If the Xcon I have is any indication to the rest of the line- they are badass indeed.
  18. I've used all except the Evil.
  19. It floors me the amount of money The Chive Charities raises for folks in just short order, 150k in hours is just nuts. http://thechive.com/2013/10/09/we-surprised-the-next-chive-charities-recipient-and-we-need-your-help-this-is-melissas-story-28-photos/?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter
  20. Today's progress ripped out the whole trunk and removed old Dynamat Deadener for Murder Mat which will be hear tomorrow. Installation will be next Monday while I'm on vacation. New box fits & new tweeters in finally.
  21. 2 in the pink and one in the stink
  22. I'm dumbfounded. Can't believe that you think your setup is even acceptable, more or less listenable. Obviously you do otherwise you wouldn't have posted this. Have you ever actually listened to a "real" stereo or just the FL style yikes-so stuff? I have listened to a lot of "real" shit. Lmao. Sq comp vehicles, SPL comp vehicles, et. Etc. I didn't say it was listenable or I would enjoy it. It was nearly a answer to his question. My option would work in his case i believe, I don't think he was really serious nor really was I. Did you only come in here to troll? If someone was running 48 mids how would you power them? Or are you too good to even let your mind comprehend such madness? People have different goals and listening preferences, his may be to demo to a whole city block. I don't care nor should you.
  23. Zcons and icon v1 and icon v2
  24. Hey now, the title is in present tense
  25. Using such a FR for a mid allows you to use a tweet that doesn't dig. Should help your overall response as well. For what it is worth the Bamboo's are nice too.
  26. It is always good to have a few box designs and builds under your belt before leaping into something extreme.
  27. If you've never had a car having one with suspect suspension, brakes, acceleration, visibility and a rompin' fuckin' stereo isn't really the best idea. Adding at least visibility to the list is a minimum although I'd prefer to see all of the above improved.
  28. Test drive will make you not want it. I'd drive a turbo if it is joy ride time.
  29. Awesome table Neal.
  30. I understand the situation just fine. Maybe you don't understand that. I've got my plan, thanks for your attempt at helping...
