DCON's are an excellent woofer, especially at their price point, I don't see you needing to put more than 600 watts to a pair.

Two Intimidators have no problem supporting a 3KD, I had the same amp in my Stratus, with a 90 amp stock alt, and the stock battery up front, I had no voltage issues. Try taking out your capacitor out, then roll a few burps to check voltage drop, that is likely the issue. Your charging system is stuck charging such a large capacitor, as well as the amp and your stock electrical.

Enough, this thread is getting way off topic, OP if you want me to clean it up let me know. I'm not familiar enough with Shocker's parts to know how they will act with the WMD motor, so you have to do some testing, start with about 2.0 cubes(normal for MOST 12" high excursion drivers) and go from there, your port length will depend on the tuning you'd like to achieve, and area will depend on the xmax of the woofers, that can be obtained from Shocker.

Doesn't mean it's him. The only two Authorized Sundown Audio dealers in Florida are in Hernando Beach, and in Delray Boh, the closest is one hour from Tampa. I see many people jumping to conclusions, with not a shred of evidence.

Dual inputs is not necessary on a 3500 watt amp, just increases cost with little benefit. Oh and it makes you look cooler.

If those are your only woofer options, opt for the ZCON 18's. If more cone area and power is an option, I'd consider raising your goal to a 155, or a 160. DON'T deaden until everything is installed and you've done some testing, it can hurt your score.
