i was playing around with my headunit(pioneer 860mp) and switched some things that made it hit the hardest of ever!!! but i took my magnum out and looked at the coil and it looked brand new un harmed!!!(even with me turning the gain a little higher than the head units voltage)

i have a bx1500d

i think that i want to step up to a bx1800d or an audiobahn 1800dt

will i notice it?

audiobahn vs hifonics amp wise

or is tunsumi a good amp?

if those two amps only put out 1800 watts or so like their model numbers may indicate, there's no way you'd tell a difference between that and 1500 watts. you need to double power to notice anything usually.

yeah tsunami is a pretty good amp. I think they stopped making them, though?

be careful, i have an SE12, and the coils look fine, yet one coil is blown :o

and i think going from 1500w to 1800w might not be worth it? especially if your gonna loose a lot of money on the bx1500 when you sell it.

but imo, you WILL notice the 300w difference.

i was think of the money that would be lost so i am thinking of going from a hifonics 1500 to a audiobahn A1500HCT (2000x1@1 ohm)

will i notice 500 watts going from 1500 to 2000?

can the magnum take it with an uncliped signal? in a ported box,

and yes i am trying to beat the hell out of it!!!

yes you will notice a difference, and as for the MAGNUM handleing it you best talk to one of the SI guys...

also you better have a stong elect. system with that much power...

good luck

my answer to this is very simple - exnay on the diobahney...

that's fu*k audiobahn in pig latin.

from experience the new HiFonics stuff made by Maxxtronics are not really anything to do flips over, but audiobahn straight up sucks - all show, no go and DEFINATE reliability issues.
