i eventually covered all the inside with resin to seal it up a little...

glass from the outside..

lots of air bubbles, forgot to dab in the resin and just brushed it in..lots of sanding was done!!!

btw...5 layers of glass was put on the inside, one on the outside...

the white marks are where i scratched it putting it in the trunk....hopefully, over labor day, it'll come back out, get slicked up and repainted...

also...this thing pounds! considering i still have the factory head unit, which cancels the bass as u turn it up, this combo hits hard. the sub plys low and is extremely responsive! the amp gets a little warm, but i can live with that.

all in all, i am happy with my first venture into fiberglass. round two soon..hehe..i still have to put something in my truck!!
