can i run they sundown @0.5 of i keep the gain down? i have a fi bl 18 dual 1 ohm sub and i dont wont to send it back to get it recone.

I was needing this answer to. exactly how stable are they at .5 ohm?

The 1500d is bulletproof if you can keep your voltage above 11.8 consistently. It will void your warranty though.

I have a lot of experience with 1500d's at really really low impedances on a stock electrical system. Just remember if you break it, you have to repair/buy your new one.

1500s have been on the market since 2006 - and some people have been running them at 1/2 ohm ever since.

Just not covered by warranty.

I ran my 1500D's at 0.5 ohm and 0.25 ohm.....Performed flawlessly and never had a problem. Keep your gains true and you should be fine.
