so i have looked EVERYWHERE and i cannot see to find a fill kit for a 1999 for taurus with digital climate controls, it is drving me crazy a buddy of mine need this last thing to finish his system and cannot see to find it anywhere PLEASE help me

lol, you got your answer man. No one makes a kit. Either relocate the new deck with custom fabrication to a new spot or install a LOC instead of a deck.
