durango HO Alternator or ECU Regulator bypass?

Does anyone know where i can get a HO Alternator for a 99 dodge durango with 5.2 magnum engine? And what about bypassing the ECU Regulator in this Chrysler work of engineering genius?

I have just looked here and there on the net and talked to a couple companies (dont remember who) but said they can make an alternator that will fit and put out 250-300 amps but still will be regulated by ECU to factory preset levels.
