Fi Loaded BL RMS

Recommended Posts

So the plan is to buy 2 Fi BL 12's dual 1ohm, with the cooling option and flat wind what is the new rms power rating (approx)

I know it depends on the enclosure so optimal ported at 33hz. In a Jeep Grand Cherokee

I plan on running the two on either a Re audio VLX-3DE or Hifonics BRZ2400 (2400 watts)

Fi recommends no more than 2,000 if they are fully loaded.

Just watch for signs of stress.

like smoking or a burning smell. :lol2:

JK, 1200 shouldn't be a problem at all.

Set gain and subsonic correct and they will never care with 1200W to them.

Thanks,

Scott

with the proper person behind the volume knob and setting the amp and designing th box Fi subs can easily go more then rms.

Just listen to Scott and you'll be fine.

I had a Q w/ BP on a AQ 2200 @ 1ohm :) loved it
