Soundqubed Q1-1200D aka AQ

Anyone know if they under rate the 1200 watts at 1ohm ? Noticed no CEA-2006 compliance sticker on website so curious to peoples experiance.

Would anyone consider NVX JAD1200.1 as a replacement ?
