Will the Massive run @ .5 ohm? The MMATs is optimized for .5.

no the massive is at 2 ohm load but you use D1 subs you still can run both amps optimized , 2 ohm or 1/2 ohm. just wire the sub up accordingly

Just making sure you weren't comparing apples and oranges.

I personally would prefer the MMATS amp. Small footprint, great power.

mmats is what i would go with, very strong amp small footprint, lots of people use them to compete with and they do great.

i use the Massive P3000.1

its freeking a Huge amp. nothing small here

needs Hella Battery power + Alt

it is 2ohm stable mono

1ohm stable per side, as it is 2 of the P1500d's in 1 case strapped internally. with the 3ooowatt heat sinks,

i have burppppppp it @ 1ohm Mono for competitions, with no problems,

you deffinetlly wanna rollllllllllllllllllllllllllllll the volume to help with impedance rise !

trying to burp wide open sends it into protect...

using an 8v & 6v battery seiresed to 14.97v agine with no problems...
