Can the Magnum D2 12's be used in a free-air install?

I'm currently working on mine for an IB install... Well, it's a 15, but you get the idea. I hope you're not talking about installing them in the Stang?? Nice ride BTW! Mine is Laser Red as well.

Be prepared for the work you have ahead of you for an IB install. It's not as easy as just making a baffle, screwing the drivers on and powering them up. Let us know of this is what you decide to do and we'll help ya out, but it is a lot of work. I spent over a year just sealing my trunk off from the cabin.

IB Install? What all do i need to seal my trunk? I was hoping to be able to install 2 Magnum D2 12's with 2 1500 watt HiFonic Mono Amps. I think free air is the only option i have with the stang because the trunk is so small. Help me out with some ideas.
