I forgot but one of my friends works there and said he can get me a good deal on them. Im sure any price will beat what JL wants for a sub

From my experience with both... the JLw7 can get hella loud but all things being as equal as they could've been the havocs just sounded better and hellavuh lot lower... Let me clear that up a bit... It played the lower notes with better control then the JLw7... I would venture to say that the Havoc is a lot closer to JL's new w6.... The SQ is great on the havoc and it can get loud and low when it needs to...

We have had quite a few AA dealers that are JL authorized say the same thing. They are moving more and more of the Havocs than the JLs as they are just as clean, deeper, and handle more power... for less money. The look doesnt hurt things when selling them either.

Thanks,

Scott

Oh, and new AA site in the works to make the international distributors and US home look more uniform. Itll have the Chaos and Mayhem specs on it as well as some sneak pics of things to come for 2009 :)

Plus the weight was a factor. 50+ pounds for the 13w7 and mounting it was a pain. I know the Havocs get heavy but not that much.
