how do people take the sub out of the basket without wruening the subwoofer i seen it in one of steve meades builds and i have seen it in others

Then practice on something that won't cost you $100 to fix :)

Very few people actually re-use all of the soft parts, usually surrounds don't come off in one piece in such a way you can epoxy them back on.

That picture is of just the basket. He uses that old basket for a cut out template as the baskets are exactly the same. He is not putting in or taking out soft parts.

Moving this to correct section.

though i would not normally respond to such an ignorant post i'm going to have to go ahead and contradict myself by saying it is important to remember that:

the only stupid questions are the ones that never get asked.

this forum is a resource where people can better their understanding of car audio in a constructive way, please have some respect for people who are motivated to learn.
