Here are pics of "Moms Soccer Van" before it goes in for custom vinyl graphics. Rear windows have been blacked out and urethane sealed To prevent flexing.

Refer all questions to 02skidoo as I only assisted on the dampening and tweeter install and brainstorming. Brian did all the rest himself.

All dampening is Rockford Fosgate Deadskin (1 layer roof and sidewalls)

Alt is from Ohio Generator and 3 Kinetik's. Could use a couple more.

Now all I need to do is talk the Owner into Sundown and others!

The tweeter mounting gives me ideas :D I love it.

It works okay for stealth locations and works great for all the young kids so they cannot touch. It is a store demo vehicle.

Imaging...Well it's made to show off how loud it can get and not for staging!...

Oldskool_08 does more then he leads on to! He does a great job at getting me going when I am stuck on an idea or when I am just slacking off! Great guy to bounce ideas around with. Thanks for the help Oldskool! :fing34: The van got "wrapped" today, pics to follow. Now we need some wheels...

Need some ideas for a new enclosure for this build! This did a 148.7 last year sealed on the dash with music at 38hz at a local MW SPL event. We need to get over 150 db this year.

As you can see the 1:8 ratio was exceeded on the port. So that is the first thing to address. This is a store demo rig so it has to be loud. No sq needed to show off.

Here is what I was thinking for a box: 18.5ft^3 tuned to 45hz all in a common chamber, double walled all the way around with 260in^2 of port to start.

Subs up port back.

Subs are RF T115D2

Rockford Fosgate® - T115D2=

Amp is T40001bd

Rockford Fosgate® - T40001bd

Need a little advice to help Brian get to 150db! Any input will be greatly appreciated.

Existing box dimensions are 47" wide x 25" high and 39" deep. Could go deeper.
