Amplifier for two icons

Just getting ideas for the next system.

I want two 15's max depth of box is 26" and max width is 34-36". Height can vary.

I am thinking of icons (I want my next subs to be from ssa) And am just trying to find good amplifier options.

I would like something less expensive than the 2000D, but if it comes to it, that is just what i will get. Any good amplifiers that will put 2000wrms out at one or two ohms?

Look into soundstream amps they have good prices on decent amps

why would the 1500d be a good choice for two icons, they do a 1000rms a pop; i would suggest that you save up the money to get a good amp that can power them the way they want. Is it better to get any underpowered amp for your subs or an overpowered amp for your subs or both do the same rms?

I would suggest the saz-2000D, im thinking about two 12" icons for my 2000.

There is no law that says you must power the sub woofers at rms or higher. The 1500D usually is ratted well into 1700watts, and that is more then enough for a pair of Icons, but if he wants a 2000D that is fine too.
