Problem tuning amp using DMM.

I read through the tutorial but I'm still confused. I have this DMM:

Which setting do I use? I've been searching for about a week, but can't find a clear answer.

plug black probe into COM, other probe into the hole right above COM.

From the off position, turn the knob 2 clicks clockwise(to the right) to be on ~V (which is AC) on the 200 setting.

Thank you. That's what I thought, but when I did it I had numbers jumping all over the place. Any idea what I did wrong?

Were you using music or test tones as a signal? You need to make sure you use test tones.
