was this box worth the money i have not used it yet. Could someone tell me what its tuned to and if would be good for a type r 10.

i just measured. its 11.5

Actually it's prolly even higher than 55 and going to be more like .6 or .7cf. I just did this very quickly, but it really dont matter.
