How loud can I go?

Recommended Posts

If you go with a btl, make sure you will have the electrical to back it up. Most cars electrical systems will not produce 2000+ watts.

He needs to support the amplifier, not the subwoofer (unless he changes the load/demand placed on the amplifier). He never said he's changing the amplifier, at least not that I read.

I would love to have a ridiculously loud setup for the next car, and was considering an SUV so I can go even louder

If you get an suv, there is more interior volume to fill up with bass so you will need more of everything (amps, batts, subs electrical) to acheive the same result, "loud" than if you got the evo.

you said you dont want to do any kind of damage to the car.

I can't imagine that if you put 4000+ watts in anything, you won't have some kind of damage to the vehicle from panel flex and all of the vibrations.
