36 hz may be a little high for music.

Why don't you try 32-33 Hz ?

Well that is a good question. I dont really know why i am tuning the box to 36 hz to be honest with everyone. The rep at SKAR audio said that he had the prototype in a ported enclosure tuned to 36hz and it sounded incredible. What kind of differences would i expect tuning the box to a lower hz like 32-33??

I ran the final prototype in a box @ 35.8 hz for a few weeks in the trunk of the Ford Five Hundred and it sounded amazing. I think either range will suit your purpose of daily use fine to be honest. Final choice of tuning is really up to you.
