I tried calling a few times today to no avail... I was wondering what the holdup on order 1295 was. It has been at the "awaiting shipment" status for a while now.

We just found out the VCMs are a little behind schedule, but should be ready to go very shortly. We will update with tracking as soon as we have it.

Ha I ordered a XS 2400 on the 3rd and they are on backorder til mid February. I sure cant wait.
